Top Tips for Using Bicarbonate of Soda

• Pour some bicarbonate of soda into a lady's tight and tight. Tie, and leave in a hidden place within a cupboard or drawer to keep the enclosed space smelling fresh.
• Simply open a box of bicarbonate of soda and leave in the fridge. Once the deodorising effect of the bicarbonate of soda wears of, pour down the drain.
• As a mild alkali, use bicarbonate of soda to neutralise bee stings (please note, it cannot be used to treat wasp stings as conversely, these are alkali and should be treat with white vinegar.)
• Add to waste bins to lower odour levels.
• Pour 2 to 3 tablepoons into drains, followed by the same amount of white vinegar – the fizzing action will help to break down any blockages!
